Yolando brings magic back to marketing
Yolando was built to solve a problem every modern marketer feels in their bones: the ground is moving, fast, and the old playbooks can’t keep up.
Our story
The platform we needed didn’t exist…
So we built it.
The platform we needed didn’t exist…
So we built it.
Before Yolando existed, we were in the same position as the teams we serve. We needed to understand how AI interpreted our brand, how to gain traction, and how to create effective, on-brand content at scale.
But nothing on the market connected the dots. Tools gave data, not direction. Dashboards showed problems, not next steps. AI content tools gave us scale and speed, but quality... not so much.
We couldn’t find what we needed, so we built our own solution.
At BirdseyePost — the company we grew in a fiercely competitive category — we created an internal platform that showed how AI described us, how we compared to much larger incumbents, and then generated the content we needed to close the gaps.
It worked. Better than we imagined.
This system became a quiet but powerful advantage: it helped us outmaneuver competitors with more money, more reach, and larger teams. It helped us win.
Now we’re opening that advantage to everyone else – giving marketers the clarity, confidence, and momentum they’ve been missing.
Welcome to Yolando. We can’t wait to see how it helps you.

Meet our founders
Matt Bogoroch
Co-founder and CEO of Yolando and BirdseyePost
Matt Bogoroch is the CEO and Co-Founder of Yolando, where he's focused on helping companies understand and control how AI platforms perceive their brand.
Before Yolando, Matt built BirdseyePost into a multi-million dollar direct mail platform, proving that "old" marketing channels can become competitive advantages when you combine them with the right data infrastructure. The company generated $150K in its first week and has since driven millions in attributed revenue for customers ranging from high-growth startups to large enterprises.
Matt started his career in consulting at KPMG and ZS, spending four years building media mix models and studying how enterprises actually make marketing decisions. It's where he developed his core thesis: most companies are sitting on goldmines of data they don't know how to use.
He was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 in Marketing & Advertising and The Peak's Emerging Leaders 2024 in Entrepreneurship. He's based in Toronto, still writes code most days, and occasionally picks up a guitar.

Adam Bogoroch
Co-founder and COO of Yolando and BirdseyePost
Adam Bogoroch is the Co-Founder and COO of Yolando and BirdseyePost, where he builds scalable operations and helps companies grow through data-driven customer acquisition and retention. At BirdseyePost, he has worked with brands to expand their customer bases and improve retention through measurable direct mail programs, driving millions in attributed revenue.
Before BirdseyePost and Yolando, Adam built his career in real estate operations, holding senior leadership roles overseeing mixed-use and residential portfolios. His work focused on modernizing workflows, improving leasing efficiency, and leading CapEx projects, including through the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic.
An operator at heart, Adam is passionate about reducing friction, building systems that scale, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. At Yolando, he helps companies understand and influence how AI platforms perceive their brand as buyer discovery shifts from traditional search to AI-driven recommendations. Based in Toronto, he’s also an avid film buff and enjoys playing tennis with friends at his local club.

Shardul Frey
Co-founder and CTO of Yolando
Shardul Frey is the Co-Founder and CTO of Yolando, where he leads engineering and builds the platform's technical infrastructure from the ground up.
Before Yolando, Shardul was a machine learning engineer at Loblaws on PC Optimum, Canada's largest domestic commercial ML product with 20 million daily active users. Before that, he consulted at KPMG in financial machine learning, building real-time signal detection systems for some of Canada's largest funds by AUM.
At BirdseyePost, he designed the audience targeting architecture, processing billions of real-time behavioral signals to power direct mail campaigns that have driven millions in attributed revenue. At Yolando, he architects the distributed execution framework, hybrid retrieval system, and multi-agent orchestration layer that make AI-driven competitive intelligence possible at scale.
Shardul studied Applied Mathematics at Western University and is based in Toronto. Outside of work, he plays volleyball and pickleball, and skis whenever possible.

Sarth Frey
Founding Engineer at Yolando
Sarth Frey is a Founding Engineer at Yolando, where he co-designed and built the entire platform from day one. He's architected every major system: from billion-page web crawling infrastructure to multi-agent content generation and intelligent recommendation engines. He's also a major contributor to PydanticAI, the open-source framework powering Yolando's agent systems.
Before Yolando, Sarth built BirdseyePost from the ground up. He architected the complete backend infrastructure: including the entire dashboard API and created breakthrough features like SnapCapture™, industry-first QR code technology for direct mail attribution. His work enabled campaigns processing millions of postcards with complete offline-to-online tracking.
At Databricks, Sarth led development of the Spark TensorFlow Distributor (over 1 million downloads) and contributed the allGather API to Apache Spark. His work on GPU infrastructure impacted 11,500+ customers including 300+ Fortune 500 companies, driving tens of millions in revenue to date.
If he's not entertaining his dog Tempo, he's burning the midnight oil building more incredible software.

Martin Cheung
Founding Director of GTM at Yolando
Martin Cheung leads Go-to-Market at Yolando, where he helps brands take control of their presence in AI-powered search and discovery.
Martin has spent nearly a decade getting things done at Fortune 500s and startups. He's handled financial strategy for billion-dollar budgets, built a workforce management platform from scratch for a logistics company, and launched digital channels that grew revenue by double digits.
Before Yolando, Martin was Director of Strategy and Operations at Beyond Finance, ran business operations for Meta's AR products, and spent six years at Oliver Wyman working on product launches, transformation programs, and corporate strategy.
Martin believes good strategies only matter if they actually ship. He's based in Toronto, has backpacked through 25+ countries, and is a Spotify super user who occasionally hits the slopes.
