1. Account Information via Google Sign In

When you sign in, we receive the following information from Google:

• Google account ID

• Display name

• Profile picture URL

2. Usage Data

When you analyze web pages using the Extension, we collect:

• URLs of pages you analyze

• AI visibility scores that are generated

• Content type classifications such as Blog Post or Product Page

3. Locally Stored Data

The Extension stores certain information locally on your device, including:

• Authentication tokens used to maintain your session

• Cached analysis results to prevent re analyzing the same page

• Your profile information

4. Page Content Temporarily Processed

When you click Analyze, the Extension extracts text content from the current page and sends it to Google’s Gemini API for analysis.

This content is:

• Used only to generate your AI visibility score

• Not permanently stored by us

• Processed under Google’s Gemini API Terms at https://ai.google.dev/terms

How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

• Authentication to verify your identity and provide access

• Analysis to generate AI visibility scores for web pages

• Usage tracking to display your analysis history and improve the service

• Support to respond to inquiries and troubleshoot issues

• Local cache is removed when you uninstall the Extension

Permissions Explained

The Extension requests the following permissions and uses them only as described:

• activeTab to read content from the page you choose to analyze

• scripting to extract text content from web pages

• storage to cache results and store your session

• sidePanel to display the analysis interface

• identity to enable Google Sign In

Children’s Privacy

This Extension is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the Last Updated date.
