The Content Hub is your central library and command center for every piece of content you create in Yolando. It's where you can track progress, manage your workflow, and access all your drafts and published articles in one organized place.

Any piece of content you start, whether from a recommendation or from scratch, is automatically saved here.

Navigating the Content Hub

The main view of the Content Hub is a table that provides an at-a-glance overview of your entire content pipeline. Here’s what each column means:

Column

Description

Title

The name of the content piece. Click on the title to open it in the Editor.

Stage

Shows where the content is in the creation process:

  • Outline: The initial structure has been generated, but the full content has not. 

  • Content Piece: The complete piece has been generated and is ready for editing or publishing.

Status

Tracks the content's publication status, helping you manage your approval workflow: 

  • Draft: The default status for all new content. 

  • Published: Manually set this status after the content has gone live on your site.

Created by

The user who initiated the content brief.

Last edited

The date the content was last modified.

Managing Your Content

How to Create New Content

If you want to create a piece of content that wasn't suggested in the Recommendations, you can start from scratch.

  1. Navigate to the Actions → Content Hub.

  2. Click the Create New Content button.

  3. This will open a blank Content Brief for you to fill out.

How to Edit Existing Content

Simply click on the Title of any content piece in the table. This will open the draft directly in the Editor where you can make changes.

How to Update Content Status

Once you've published an article on your website or other channels, update its status to keep your hub organized.

  1. Find the content piece in the list.

  2. Click on the three dots and change the status (which will initially be "Draft").

  3. Select Published from the dropdown menu.

How to Rename or Delete Content

  1. Click the three-dot menu (...) on the far right of the content piece's row.

  2. Select Rename to change the title or Delete to permanently remove it from your workspace.

How to Filter and Sort Your View

As your library grows, use the controls at the top of the table to stay organized. You can:

  • Filter by Status: Use the tabs to quickly view only your Drafts or Published pieces.

  • Filter by Stage or Type: Use the filter dropdowns to narrow your view to specific content types or creation stages.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Is AI content bad for SEO? I thought Google doesn't like AI content.

Google doesn't penalize content simply because it's made by AI. It penalizes low-quality, unhelpful content, regardless of whether a human or an AI wrote it.

The problem is that most AI platforms produce generic, soulless content (aka "AI slop") that doesn't serve the reader.

Yolando avoids the "slop" by deeply learning from your brand's existing content and writing style. It follows your unique brand voice to produce high-quality, ready-to-publish articles that your audience (and Google) will value.
